REF Cool Silver Conditioner has a rich combination of blue and violet pigments to tone and further reduce unwanted yellow tones in the hair. Featuring organic Blueberry oil, Linseed oil and blue and violet pigments. The Cool Silver series is developed for natural blondes, bleached and natural white hair to eliminate unwanted yellow tones.
